Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) Cost

Medicaid, Medicare, and many other private insurances are accepted that may cover these services. If the person is not insured or on Medicaid and needs to pay cash, please see financial breakdown below

  • MAT Assessment: $150

  • Individual Follow Up (30 mins. Session): $120

  • MAT Prescription Drug Overdose and Addiction (MAT-PDOA): No charge

  • Opioid Use Recovery and Resiliency (OURR): No charge

Medicaid, Medicare, and many other private insurances are accepted and cover these services. If the person is not insured or on Medicaid and needs to pay cash, please see financial breakdown below.

  • Mental Health Assessment: $210

  • Individual/Family Therapy (1 hour session): $160

  • Individual Therapy (30 minute session): $80

  • Mental Health Groups i.e. DBT (1hour): $70 per hour

  • Case Management: $30 per 15 mins

  • DV Assessmemt: $250

  • Individual Counseling (1 hour session): $75

  • 2 Hour Group: $50

Medication Management Cost

Medicaid, Medicare, and many other private insurances are accepted and cover these services. If the person is not insured and needs to pay cash, please see financial breakdown below.

  • Medication Evaluation: $250

  • Individual Follow Up (30 min) $150

*Prescriptions are picked up at the client’s pharmacy, and the client is responsible for payment in the form requested and accepted by that pharmacy.

Medicaid and many other private insurances are accepted and cover these services. If the person is not insured or on Medicare and needs to pay cash, please see financial breakdown below.

  • SUD Assessmemt: $200

  • Individual Counseling (1 hour session): $125

  • 2 Hour Group (OP): $120

  • 3 Hour Group (IOP): $180

  • ADIS: $150 (need an SUD assessment before attending the class)

  • Monthly Monitoring: $25

  • UAs: UA tests are billed from an outside agency, and covered by Medicaid, and some diagnosis covered through Medicare. A sliding fee scale is available through the outside agency.

SUD Block Grant is frequently available for people who are 100% uninsured or have Medicare

anger MANAGEMENT class cost

If a client is enrolled in SUD services, Medicaid will cover this group. If they are not, this group is not covered by insurances, and will need to be paid by cash. This group is $90.

WISe Cost

Only clients in the Medicaid program can use this program. The exception to this would be children who are in foster care.
